Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Payroll Administrator in Daytona Beach, FL to support timekeeping, payroll reconciliations, intercompany billings, and workforce reporting across multiple sites. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and Payroll to ensure accurate labor data and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in payroll/timekeeping, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (IFS Cloud).

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, human resources, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of payroll, timekeeping, or related administrative experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (IFS Cloud or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain timekeeping records for two large sites; resolve discrepancies with supervisors.
• Support payroll by validating data, audits, and reconciliations; provide backup to Payroll Manager.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and intercompany labor billings; assist month-end close and reporting.
