Kelly Services is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Corporate team in Hebron, KY. This role serves as a primary contact for employee inquiries and drives precise, compliant payroll processing across multiple countries as part of the Payroll Transformation initiative.

You will report to the Payroll Manager – Americas and contribute to standardizing payroll workflows, system upgrades, and effective data validation across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business, or 7+ years’ payroll experience.
• Experience processing payroll in multi-state environments.
• Strong knowledge of US, Canada, and LATAM payroll regulations.
• Onsite role

Responsibilities

• Process complex multi-country payrolls with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations.
• Manage off-cycle payments and final pay calculations.
• Prepare filings and reports (W-2, T4).
• Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
