Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent years of experience is required
• 1 to 4 Years of experience in Payroll for multi-state, multi-site companies are required
• 2 years of UKG Payroll experience is preferred
• Prior knowledge of US Payroll, New Hire, Pay, Leave, Garnishment Regulations, and other payroll law and reporting
• Knowledge of multi-state and local payroll tax and reciprocity roles are required

Responsibilities

• Process weekly expense reimbursements, bi-weekly payrolls, annual bonuses and service awards for multiple sites
• Provide payroll support via phone, Teams, and email for time/attendance, deductions, and taxes
• Understand payroll strategies and deliver service and support at a high level
• Prepare off-cycle checks, voids, and corrections including W-2 adjustments
• Maintain accurate employee data and assist with benefits and leave tracking
