Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field preferred.
• Experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly multi-state payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment for all employees.
• Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system.
• Verify accuracy of timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies with the Billing Department.
