Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience with hands-on UKG Pro.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll laws across multiple states.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots).
• Discretion handling sensitive information.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Deltek, Oracle, or SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees using UKG Pro.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Post, review, and validate weekly timesheets in Deltek Vantagepoint ERP.
• Maintain payroll records, including earnings, deductions, garnishments, and adjustments.
• Review and reconcile benefit deductions and updates.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute payroll reports for Finance and HR leadership.
• Coordinate with UKG to resolve notices and discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and explanations.
