Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in Los Angeles seeks a Payroll Specialist II to manage payroll processing for hourly and salaried staff, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with regulations. You will collaborate with Time and Attendance, Accounting, and HR teams to resolve discrepancies and support audits.

The role requires 5–7 years of payroll experience, proficiency with ADP and SAP, and strong attention to detail. Eligible for full-time benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 5–7 years of payroll experience.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, government regulations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for hourly and salary employees accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Time & Attendance to review hours and resolve discrepancies.
• Review pay for accuracy, process corrections, and finalize payments.
• Manage pay card payments and reconciliation; handle employee pay inquiries.
• Ensure updates for new hires, terminations, and rate changes are processed.
• Support audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, Labor Relations and Field Operations.
