Collibra seeks a Senior Manager, Global Payroll to own the full payroll function for its global tech organization across 12 countries. The role is hands-on, driving accuracy, tax compliance, and global execution, with US payroll cycles run personally in Dayforce and Workday while international payroll is managed through in-country specialists and vendors.

The candidate will oversee quarter/end closes, year-end processing, tax registrations, and automation initiatives, with a clear path to Head

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end US multi-state payroll experience
• 1–2+ years supervising payroll staff or coordinating global payroll
• Hands-on mastery of Workday and Dayforce with US payroll cycles and tax functions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Own US and Canada payroll tax compliance and global payroll oversight
• Direct international payroll through in-country specialists and vendors
• Execute tax adjustments in Dayforce and Workday; mid-year corrections
• Lead quarter-end close, 941 reconciliations, and year-end reporting (W-2)
• Drive automation and AI to streamline payroll workflows
• Partner with Legal and Finance on tax registrations and audits
