Job summary

G42 Americas is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll across the United States, Canada, France and Ireland, based in Bellevue, Washington. The role requires deep US payroll expertise and hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS and Payroll.

You will partner with Human Capital, Finance and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery as the organization scales across North America and Europe.

Qualifications

• Requires deep US payroll expertise within a high-growth tech org.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS and Payroll.
• Experience across multi-country payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end US, Canada, France & Ireland payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance, tax reporting, and timely payments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and external providers.
