Gogo Inc. is hiring a Manager, Global Payroll in Broomfield, CO to oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple regions. You will drive timely processing, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with in-country teams and vendors for governance and improvements.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, experience with multi-country payroll, and leadership to guide the payroll function. Collaborative work with Finance, HR, and external providers is essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• CPA, CPP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5–8+ years of payroll experience, including multi-country/international payroll.
• Strong background in accounting, reconciliations, and financial close.
• Experience with global payroll vendors and systems.

Mansioni

• Oversee full-cycle international payroll across regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas).
• Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing in compliance with local laws.
• Coordinate with global payroll vendors and in-country partners.
• Review payroll inputs (earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, equity) for accuracy.
• Support audits related to payroll and SOX compliance.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Partner with accounting on close processes and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor payroll staff; drive system/process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and auditors.
