Fast Enterprises is hiring a Payroll Administrator to manage multi-jurisdiction payrolls, audit timesheets, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with HR and Finance, educate employees on payroll policies, and support system implementations.

This hybrid role is based in Centennial, CO with in-office training and ongoing payroll improvements. Qualifications include a relevant degree and 0–2 years of experience, plus familiarity with major payroll tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in Payroll, Accounting, HR, or related field.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, Lyric, Celergo, or other payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of domestic and international payrolls.
• Audit timesheets and verify accuracy across jurisdictions.
• Calculate and record payroll deductions and taxable benefits.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Generate ad hoc and standard reports for leadership and auditors.
