Envision Pharma Group is seeking a Global Payroll Coordinator for a full-time, temporary role through the end of 2026 in the United States. You will manage U.S. payroll, provide first-line support to employees, and coordinate inputs while also assisting UK and international payroll processes.

You’ll work with HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure accurate data, timely processing, and compliance. A background in ADP and cross-border payroll is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on U.S. payroll experience is essential.
• Minimum one year with ADP Workforce Now within the last three years.
• Experience with international payroll (UK) is desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the shared payroll inbox and respond to queries.
• Coordinate timesheets and inputs to keep U.S. payroll on schedule.
• Provide Tier 1 payroll support and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain payroll data within ADP Workforce Now.
• Assist with state/local payroll tax registrations as needed.
• Support UK and international payroll administration.
• Assist with pension queries for international employees.
• Support payroll reconciliations and audits.
