  • Manage data collection and submissions for international statutory reporting requirements, including P60s, P11Ds, annual tax filings, and equivalent in-country returns.
  • Partner with international providers and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll queries and maintain accurate payroll documentation and submission calendars.
  • Work closely with Finance on payroll reconciliations, funding, disbursements, and intercompany payroll cost recharges, ensuring payrolls are completed and reconciled in line with internal controls.
  • Monitor changes to payroll legislation and regulations, updating processes and documentation as required.
  • Review payroll processes and controls, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across global payroll operations.
  • Lead the response to internal and external audits, providing accurate payroll data, documentation, and analysis as required.
  • Partner with HR, Total Rewards, and Finance to ensure payroll practices align with company policies and programmes.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted point of contact for payroll queries from employees and managers.
  • Own the global payroll inbox, ensuring queries are triaged, tracked, and resolved accurately within agreed service levels.
  • Support business continuity through clear, up-to-date payroll processes and documentation.
