FieldAI’s Irvine team is looking for a Global Payroll Manager to own payroll end to end for a global workforce across UCAN, APAC, and EMEA, including contractors. You’ll establish policies, identify gaps, and scale payroll as we expand into new countries.

You’ll report to the Controller and collaborate with People Ops, Legal, and teams across the organization to ensure compliant, efficient payroll and payroll-related processes.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-country exposure.
• Hands-on payroll experience across UCAN, APAC, and EMEA.
• Experience paying contractors and temporary workers at scale.
• Experience with BambooHR data management, reporting and payroll integrations.
• Demonstrated track record of building and improving payroll processes.
• Excellent communication translating payroll/tax complexity for leadership.

Aufgaben

• Own accurate, on-time payroll for all employees across UCAN, APAC, and EMEA.
• Manage the global payroll calendar, inputs, and approvals across multiple currencies and pay frequencies.
• Own payroll tax withholding, filings, and remittances as we enter new countries.
• Manage year-end reporting (W-2, T4, P60, and local equivalents).
• Own the payment process for contractors and temps, onboarding, invoicing, approvals.
• Maintain BambooHR as the source of truth and integrate with payroll systems.
• Identify and close payroll process gaps, building scalable policies and controls.
• Partner with leaders on payroll and tax implications of hiring in new countries.
