Job summary

Bee Talent Solutions client is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst with global payroll experience across at least two regions (AMER, APAC, EMEA, LATAM). The role requires hands-on Workday payroll integrations, including PICOF or PECI, and strong payroll testing capabilities.

The ideal candidate will coordinate quarter and year activities, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and help implement a new third-party payroll system while building robust test scenarios and change-management plans.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of global payroll experience across at least two regions (AMER, APAC, EMEA, LATAM).
• Hands-on Workday payroll integrations (PICOF or PECI) and testing experience.
• Knowledge of payroll, time tracking, absence, and payroll taxes.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams for scoping and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarter and year-end activities.
• Assist with implementing a new third-party payroll system and Workday integrations.
• Develop test scenarios and ensure they pass with downstream payroll impact.
• Create country-focused cutover plans and change management materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align timelines.
