Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required; CPP certification mandatory.
• Eight+ years in payroll with leadership experience.
• Experience managing expatriate payroll programs.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with guidance on complex tasks related to payroll processing across multiple payrolls.
• Manage expatriate payroll program, review balance sheets and ensure tax compliance.
• Act as functional lead on payroll integration of Corporate Development and related systems.
• Lead payroll system upgrades and tax updates within the HCM/ERP environment.
• Analyze payroll processing issues and propose best practices and solutions.
• Lead payroll staff and assist Payroll Manager when needed.
