You will have total ownership over the payroll system, streamline internal controls, and lead a crucial function in an organization that makes a real community impact.

• Own the Process: Manage and execute the end-to-end, error-free processing of our organization's payroll cycles.
• Lead the Migration: Champion the smooth transition of payroll workflows from HR into the Finance department, establishing rock-solid handoffs.
