Qualifications

• Several years of regional or global payroll operations experience.
• Strong understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience leading teams with a hands-off, collaborative style.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets to drive accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver payroll with precision and meet deadlines (>99%).
• Manage Zendesk queue with 24h turnaround and identify recurring issues.
• Own SOPs, checklists, and internal resources; optimize them across teams.
• Provide cross‑team training and mentorship to standardize best practices.
• Demonstrate proactive decision making and initiative for long-term impact.
• Provide global client support and stakeholder management with clear communication.
• Lead global testing, projects, and cross‑functional engagement.
