Job summary

Collibra is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Payroll to own the full payroll function across 12 countries. This hands-on role requires accurate tax compliance and global execution, including US payroll tax operations in Dayforce/Workday and in-country leadership for international payroll.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of US multi-state payroll and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with hands-on mastery of Workday and Dayforce, and a drive to grow into Head of Payroll as the function expands

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end US multi-state payroll experience.
• 2+ years supervising payroll staff or leading payroll teams.
• Hands-on mastery of Workday and Dayforce for payroll execution.
• Experience coordinating global payroll through in-country specialists and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own US and Canada payroll tax compliance across all jurisdictions.
• Direct global payroll through in-country specialists and vendors.
• Lead quarter-end close, 941 filings, and year-end W-2 production.
• Implement AI-driven automation to streamline payroll processes and documentation.
• Develop and back up in-country payroll specialists and manage vendor relationships.
