Job summary

Contentstack is seeking a Sr Global Payroll Specialist to lead our global payroll operations for the US and ROW regions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle across multi-state US entities and international entities, coordinating with People Ops, Benefits and Accounting to reconcile inputs.

The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of high-volume, multi-region payroll experience, expert ADP skills, and familiarity with Hibob, Oyster, and Activpayroll.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of high-volume, multi-region payroll experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in ADP is required.
• Experience with Hibob HRIS, Oyster Payroll and Activpayroll is highly valued.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across Finance, Legal and People Ops.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end payroll processing for US (multi-state) and international entities.
• Direct ownership of payroll tax withholdings, employer burdens and registrations.
• Lead payroll audits and process improvements for scalability and compliance.
