Under Armour, Inc. seeks a Director, Global Payroll & HR Operations to lead payroll for 15,000 teammates worldwide, guiding strategy, governance, and modernization. You will partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal and IT to build a scalable, compliant payroll ecosystem with data-driven improvements.

The role requires 12+ years in payroll, 5+ years of people leadership, and advanced Excel proficiency; CPP is a plus. Hybrid schedule from Baltimore HQ.

Competenze

• 12+ years of payroll experience, including global payroll and tax exposure.
• 5+ years of people leadership in a multinational organization.
• Experience with global payroll governance and SOX controls.
• Experience with ADP and payroll platforms.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide payroll transformations.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
