Under Armour is hiring a Director of Global Payroll & HR Operations to lead the end-to-end payroll function for 15,000 teammates worldwide and to drive modernization of payroll platforms and processes. This role collaborates with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and technology teams to build a scalable, compliant payroll ecosystem.

The role requires 12+ years in payroll with global exposure and 5+ years of leadership in a multinational environment, plus strong expertise in ADP and payroll governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or related field.
• 12+ years of payroll experience, including global payroll and tax exposure.
• 5+ years of people leadership in a multinational organization.
• Experience in the retail industry or a similarly-complex organization.
• Experience managing relationships with payroll platforms, particularly ADP.
• Experience in accounting and corporate finance matters.
• CPP preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a global payroll strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing payroll organization with clear goals.
• Champion data stewardship, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee payroll delivery across 25+ countries with global standards.
• Ensure compliance with payroll, tax and wage regulations.
• Manage payroll governance, SOX controls, audits, and risk remediation.
• Own payroll platforms roadmap and integration strategy.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual work.
• Establish global KPIs and dashboards for payroll performance.
• Partner with Accounting on month/quarter/year-end close and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for global expansion and governance.
• Lead vendor management and cross-functional partnership across HR, FP&A, Tax.
