You will set the global payroll strategy, drive modernization of platforms, and partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Technology to build a digital-first payroll ecosystem. The role requires 12+ years in payroll with global exposure and 5+ years of people leadership in a multinational, preferably in retail or complex organizations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or related field.
• 12+ years of payroll experience, including global payroll and tax exposure.
• 5+ years of people leadership in a multinational organization.
• Experience with payroll platforms, particularly ADP.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.
• Experience leading payroll transformations and system implementations.

• Develop and execute a global payroll strategy aligned with priorities.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing global payroll organization.
• Oversee payroll delivery for 25+ countries with global standards.
• Partner with Accounting on month/quarter/year-end close and SOX controls.
• Drive modernization of payroll data flow, automation, and AI-enabled process improvements.
