Under Armour, Inc. seeks a Director of Global Payroll & HR Operations to lead end‑to‑end payroll for 15,000 teammates worldwide.

You will set strategy, elevate operational excellence, and modernize payroll platforms and data flows, partnering with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and regional teams to build a scalable, digital‑first payroll ecosystem. You will own payroll governance, vendor strategy, risk management, and analytics while driving SOX controls, KPIs, and global process standardization

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years payroll experience, including global payroll.
• 5+ years of people leadership in a multinational organization.
• Experience with payroll platforms, particularly ADP, and with SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide payroll transformations and system implementations.
