Job summary

Strada is hiring an HR BPO Delivery Analyst in the United States to provide payroll accounting and funding expertise for clients, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and auditors to minimize risk. You will support high-risk escalations, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives across Strada’s payroll and GL processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, 1–3 years of Workday or similar ERP experience, strong GL and reconciliation skills, and advanced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience with Workday or similar ERP/accounting system.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and payroll accounting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related financial systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with clients, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll-to-General Ledger (GL) reconciliations, including payroll activity, GL postings, balance sheet accounts, and interface error reports; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare bank and funding reconciliations by comparing payroll, banking, and third-party payment data; clear reconciling items.
• Analyze payroll variances, accounting discrepancies, and compliance issues; perform root cause analysis and recommend resolutions.
• Assess financial, legal, and operational risks associated with escalated issues and make recommendations.
• Prepare or support journal vouchers, reclassifications, and other accounting adjustments and understand their impact on the General Ledger.
• Provide functional and technical support for payroll accounting and funding issues; coordinate resolution with teams.
• Support client implementations, go-lives, year-end activities, and ongoing delivery of accurate payroll accounting and GL files.
• Respond to client, vendor, and internal inquiries related to payroll accounting, funding, treasury, and financial processes.
• Serve as SME for audit requests; ensure audit controls are established and followed.
• Maintain process documentation and other controls to support compliant service delivery.
• Partner with payroll processing teams to resolve escalations and improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement; support implementation of solutions.
