Job summary

Demandbase is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to own global payroll operations across the US, India, and UK. You will lead an offshore team, manage payroll system integrations, and ensure compliance with local regulations while partnering with PeopleOps, Benefits, and Accounting.

The role requires deep knowledge of US payroll tax, multi-entity payroll processes, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Prior Workday and ADP experience is a plus in this fast-paced tech company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll for multiple countries (US, India, UK).
• Hands-on with US payroll tax and statutory requirements.
• Proven ability to coach offshore payroll teams.
