Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Payroll Auditor at its Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. You will process payrolls for multiple countries outside the US, loading HR/Time & Attendance data from Workday to GlobalView and auditing inputs for accuracy.

You will collaborate with regional payroll auditors and the payroll provider (ADP) to resolve questions, implement system updates, and drive continuous improvement in payroll processes.

Competenze

• 1–3+ years of payroll or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the business.
• Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced, changing environments.

Mansioni

• Process HR/Time & Attendance data from Workday to GlobalView for assigned country payrolls.
• Input manual changes and adjustments into the payroll system.
• Audit payroll inputs to ensure accuracy of calculations.
• Collaborate with ADP GlobalView as needed for system changes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
