Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Payroll Auditor to join the Home Office international payroll team in Columbus, OH.

You will process payrolls for multiple countries outside the US with support from a regional payroll partner and report to a Payroll Manager. You will load HR and Time & Attendance files from Workday to GlobalView, input manual adjustments, audit results, and work with ADP for system changes.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of Payroll or related experience preferred.
• Associate’s or 4 year Degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
• Workday and/or ADP GlobalView experience preferred.
• Communicates in a highly effective, approachable manner; able to communicate with all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Process and load HR and Time & Attendance interface files from Workday to the payroll system (GlobalView) for assigned country payrolls.
• Input manual changes and adjustments into payroll system.
• Audit assigned country payrolls to ensure inputs match calculation results.
• Work directly with payroll provider (ADP) on required system changes and/or updates.
• Identify and drive opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with team, partners, and leaders to resolve business challenges.
• Collaborate with regionally based payroll auditors to resolve associates’ payroll-related questions.
