Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a payroll analytics professional to support store payroll budgeting and forecasting at the Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. The role collaborates with store teams and Home Office to optimize payroll and drive sales.

You will analyze payroll usage, develop insights, and help implement allocation strategies while partnering with DM and store staff across the network.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to document workflows and issue resolution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to supporting customer service.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating weekly/monthly store payroll budgets and store sales forecasts.
  • Assist in creating and monitoring actual payroll usage reporting and drive compliance.
  • Support special ad‑hoc store analysis.
  • Support maintenance of systems and workflow processes to drive compliance in stores.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and insight.
  • Support the execution of payroll allocation strategies and process improvements through analysis, reporting, and communication.
  • Provide day‑to‑day and seasonal peak support, communication, and training to DM and store‑level associates.
  • Develop strong working relationships with the Stores Team, especially the DM group, to support stores and understand the needs of the customer.
  • Develop strong working relationships within the Global Home Office to ensure collaborative efforts.

Job Overview

This position supports stores by effectively allocating store payroll, finding opportunities to gain efficiencies, and analyzing opportunities for investments that best support the customer. It partners with Home Office teams and the Stores Group to optimize payroll and drive sales in stores.

Location: Global Home Office, Columbus, Ohio.
