Job summary

ExtraHop is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure timely and accurate payroll for U.S., Canada, and international employees. You will assist with reporting, compliance, and year-end activities while collaborating with HR on changes.

The role requires 2+ years of payroll experience or an associate's degree, with knowledge of payroll laws and regulations. Comprehensive benefits and stock options are included.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Working knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Salary range $60,000 – $75,000 per year plus bonus and stock options.

Responsibilities

• Process timely and accurate payroll for U.S., Canada, and international employees.
• Assist with payroll reporting, compliance, and year-end activities.
• Process semi-monthly payroll, review timesheets, and verify deductions.
• Respond to employee inquiries and collaborate with HR on changes.
• Prepare reconciliations, generate reports, and lead year-end tasks.
