RED HOSPITALITY AND LEISURE LLC is seeking a Corporate Payroll and Accounts Payable Accountant to oversee payroll processing and AP administration for our multi-geography operations. The role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills to ensure timely and accurate payroll and AP functions.

Responsibilities include semi-monthly payroll across geographies, HR record coordination, vendor invoice processing, weekly payment runs, month-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll and accounts payable.
• Experience with multi-location organizations is preferred.
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct, Paycom, ADP or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process semi-monthly payroll across multiple geographies.
• Oversee full accounts payable process from invoice to payment.
• Coordinate with HR to maintain accurate employee records.
• Prepare weekly payment requests and payment runs.
• Assist with month-end close reconciliations.
• Provide ad hoc financial reports as requested.
