Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–2 years hands-on payroll processing; multi-state US payroll a plus.
• Experience with payroll tax administration, multi-jurisdiction filings, W-2/W-2c corrections.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer multi-state US payroll and UK payroll on a full cycle basis in Workday.
• Administer payroll tax setup, withholding, and filings for federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and maintain data integrity across HR, payroll, and benefits.
• Support compensation analytics and salary structure maintenance; ad hoc reporting for leadership.
• Provide benefits and wellness administrative support and general HR assistance.
