Hirebridge is seeking a Payroll Integrations Manager on a contract basis to drive end-to-end payroll execution for U.S. and international populations.

Position Purpose

An exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organization during a transformative period of growth and integration. The Payroll Integrations Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across U.S. and international employee populations while supporting key integration initiatives for Viventium + Apploi.

This contract role will focus on end-to-end payroll execution, payroll-related benefits administration, international payroll vendor coordination, contractor workforce support, and process improvement. The Payroll Manager will operate as a hands-on payroll leader, partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and external payroll providers to strengthen payroll operations and support a seamless employee experience.

Key Objectives
  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll execution for U.S. and international employee populations
  • Maintain strong payroll, benefits, contractor, and HRIS data integrity across systems

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Payroll Execution & Compliance
  • Process and manage bi-weekly U.S. payroll through ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll execution
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and applicable international payroll regulations
  • Reconcile payroll reports, benefit deductions, general ledger entries, payroll tax filings, and other payroll outputs
  • Administer payroll-related deductions, including tax withholdings, garnishments, 401(k) contributions, and health, dental, vision, and other employee benefit deductions
  • Support internal and external audits, payroll reporting requests, and compliance initiatives
Global Payroll & Vendor Management
  • Coordinate and oversee international payrolls, partnering with external payroll providers in countries including India (GreyHR) and Costa Rica, with the ability to support additional global payrolls as needed
  • Partner with international payroll vendors to confirm payroll accuracy, timing, documentation, and issue resolution
    Monitor payroll inputs and outputs across regions to support consistent controls and reliable payroll operations
HRIS, Data Integrity & Employee Lifecycle Support
  • Maintain the integrity of employee and contractor data within ADP, ensuring personnel records, compensation, organizational structures, employment status changes, and payroll-related information are accurate and current
  • Partner with HR to ensure timely processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and other employee lifecycle events
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities related to payroll, benefits, and system access
  • Manage the organization’s contractor workforce, ensuring contractor records, engagements, and payment-related information are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company policies
Integration, Process Improvement & Controls
  • Assist with payroll aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and company integrations, including employee transitions, payroll system setup, data validation, and process harmonization
  • Conduct regular payroll and HRIS audits to identify discrepancies, improve data quality, and strengthen internal controls
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, documentation, controls, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless data flow between HRIS, payroll, and benefit systems
Cross-functional Partnership & Communication
  • Serve as a reliable payroll partner to HR, Finance, IT, leaders, employees, and external providersCommunicate payroll timelines, requirements, risks, and issue resolutions clearly and professionally
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee, payroll, and compensation information

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent payroll experience may be considered
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including managing end-to-end U.S. payroll
  • Experience processing payroll in ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience coordinating or managing global payrolls through international payroll providers
  • Strong understanding of U.S. payroll tax regulations, wage and hour considerations, payroll controls, and payroll compliance requirements
  • Experience administering payroll-related benefits, including 401(k) plans and health benefits
  • Excellent reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification
  • Experience supporting payroll during mergers, acquisitions, or company integrations
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, finance, and benefits system integrations
  • Experience supporting multi-state and international workforces
  • Experience working in a high-growth or acquisition-focused organization

Compensation & Pay Transparency
  • Base Compensation Range: $30 - $40 / Hr
  • This range reflects the expected base salary for this position and is aligned with market data and internal equity considerations
  • Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location
  • This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus or other incentive compensation, in accordance with Company plans
