Job summary
IXOPAY seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to design, build and operate scalable, cloud-native infrastructure powering our global payments platform. This hands-on role combines software engineering with platform expertise to improve reliability, performance and capacity across Azure and AWS.
You will work with Engineering, Security, Product and Infrastructure teams to automate operations, implement SLOs, and drive resilience.
Qualifications
- Experience in SRE/Platform Eng or DevOps roles.
- Experience with cloud-native apps on Azure and/or AWS.
- Strong Linux troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- IaC and config management tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef).
- Containerized and serverless architectures experience.
- Observability practices: monitoring, logging, tracing.
- CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, Azure DevOps, or CodeBuild/Deploy.
- Strong troubleshooting across apps, infra, networking, distributed systems.
- Experience supporting highly available enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reliable platforms across Azure and AWS.
- Monitor health, availability, latency, and capacity of services.
- Lead incident response and root cause analyses.
- Automate tasks and infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with software engineering and security teams.
- Develop runbooks and documentation.
