Qualifications

• Experience in systems implementation and integration within financial services.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within scope.
• PM certification (PMP/Prince2/Agile) advantageous but not required.
• Proficiency with integration tools, APIs, and data mapping.
• Familiarity with JIRA, MS Project or Confluence is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client change initiatives, including planning and execution.
• Collaborate with business units and clients to gather requirements and define scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and status reports.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare adoption documentation.
• Oversee onboarding of new financial products and connectivity solutions.
• Coordinate with global and U.S.-based teams to ensure deliverables.
