Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team and shape the future of global commerce. You will manage senior stakeholders, drive sales across your portfolio, and coordinate cross-functional teams worldwide.

The role focuses on retaining key accounts, negotiating deals, and aligning product capabilities with customer needs. US travel is required for this position and you will work within a dynamic, global payments environment.

Qualifications

Extensive experience as a Sales Executive in FinTech or financial services.
10+ years as an Account Manager / Relationship Manager in FinTech, ecommerce or financial services.
Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with existing revenue and success meeting targets.
Understanding of investment banking operations, technology and change landscape.
Ability to understand and apply concepts to effectively structure and solve customer problems.

Responsibilities

Manage senior stakeholders for accounts and act as escalation point for day-to-day activities.
Sell company products and services to grow business across portfolio.
Ensure schedules and budgets meet contractual agreements.
Create and deliver account plans and review with division leaders quarterly.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders across the globe to meet mutual objectives and outcomes.
