Job summary

Coinflow is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a high-impact surface area—pay-ins, payouts, geographic expansion, and merchant experience—with room to grow into leadership across the product org. You’ll collaborate with engineering, data, legal, operations, and finance to ship a world-class payments product that moves money globally in seconds and scales with the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in complex/regulated or technical environments.
• Proven track record shipping end-to-end from problem to production.
• Ability to define problem space and own roadmap.
• Strong cross-functional communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build market strategy for geographic expansion and go-to-market plans.
• Own global payments vendor procurement and onboarding cycles.
• Own the merchant and developer experience from first integration to steady state.
• Shape fraud and decisioning product with risk and data collaboration.
• Translate regulatory/operational requirements into clear product specs and roadmaps.
• Drive data-informed decisions by analyzing performance and insights.
• Contribute broadly across the product org and orchestrate pay-ins/payouts.
