Job summary

Coinflow Labs is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own risk and decisioning across the platform. You will influence real-time approval and loss outcomes, collaborating with engineering, data science, finance, compliance, and commercial teams. This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity role with direct P&L implications.

You will work across 170+ countries and a multi-billion-dollar run-rate, shaping risk policy, models, and merchant-facing features while balancing revenue and exposure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in complex or regulated surfaces.
• Experience with products where a wrong decision costs the company money—payments, lending, or risk domains.
• Fluency with loss economics and unit economics.
• Experience productizing models for production traffic.
• Track record of end-to-end shipping without a predefined roadmap.
• Strong communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the approval-rate and loss-rate tradeoff and defend the position with accountability for outcomes.
• Productize risk models with thresholds, monitoring, and failure behavior.
• Develop the loss economics view and translate into pricing and policy recommendations.
• Ship merchant-facing risk product with transparency, controls, and reporting.
• Evaluate risk infrastructure, providers, and data sources for fit and cost.
• Make calls with incomplete data and instrument learning from feedback loops.
