Qualifications

• 5+ years of payment partnership experience at card networks, fintechs, banks, technology, or e-Commerce marketplace companies.
• Deep understanding of North American and Global payment industry trends.
• Strong balance of strategic planning and executable action; drives vision across teams.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and structure deals with North American and Global card networks, fintechs, banks.
• Analyze North American payment market development and partnership SWOT.
• Collaborate with ByteDance's North American and Global teams to drive business growth and solutions.
• Coordinate external communications and internal roll-out of new services, considering market specifics.
