Job summary

iHerb is seeking a Sr. Manager, Payments Operations to own, scale, and optimize our global payments processing ecosystem.

You will drive operational excellence across processors, wallets, BNPL, and local methods to maximize transaction success and minimize cost-of-acceptance, ensuring high availability and strong reconciliation. In collaboration with Marketing, Revenue, Product and Finance, you will operationalize payments capabilities, monitor KPIs, lead audits of fees, and ensure PCI-DSS

Qualifications

• Experience with PCI-DSS and regulatory environments.
• 10+ years in international ecommerce payments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end payments operations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Finance.
• Manage multiple payment methods globally.
• Lead monthly audits of processing fees, interchange, and scheme fees.
• Ensure PCI-DSS compliance and risk mitigation.
