Qualifications

• Experience in Payments, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Experience leading cross-functional project execution.
• Understanding of payments operations and banking infrastructure.
• Experience with incident management and troubleshooting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful execution of strategic payment initiatives from planning through production with operational readiness and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate across Product, Network, Treasury, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely delivery and governance.
• Support incident management framework and contribute to post-incident reviews and root-cause analyses.
• Develop and maintain partner/bank scorecards to measure reliability, performance, and operational quality.
