Flywire is hiring a Payment Experience Team Lead for the Americas to lead regional operations, respond to payer inquiries, and act as a domain expert on Flywire payment offerings. You will collaborate with regional managers and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and frictionless payer experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer support with leadership or mentoring experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong communication across teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to payer inquiries by phone, chat, and email with speed and empathy.
• Serve as escalation point and content expert for Flywire payment offerings.
• Voice of payers within the CPE team, identifying optimization opportunities via data.
• Design regional team directions with Managers, driving process improvements and scaling.
• Lead daily operations, project execution, and personal development within the team.
• Create monthly schedules, manage training, and oversee quality reviews.
