Job summary

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 9+ years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, auditing, or related fields.
• 5+ years in enterprise/operational risk management.
• 5+ years in program, project, or portfolio management.
• 5+ years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and sequence capability-build work based on business need and urgency.
• Drive alignment across technology, cybersecurity, and risk teams.
• Lead framework development for GPN new market entry and exit by risk level.
• Provide advisory input on international risk considerations into technology rollouts and third-party risk.
• Engage with senior executives to translate risk posture and readiness into actionable terms.
• Monitor risk exposure trends across markets to enhance ISE capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of risk professionals.
