Qualifications

• At least 4 years of people management experience.
• At least 4 years of experience consulting with and presenting to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with first and second line functions to analyze the risk management program for the network and merchant services.
• Educate risk management colleagues and leaders on nuanced considerations.
• Provide advice and challenge on risks impacting network and merchant businesses through engagements.
• Advise business leaders on regulatory requirements, policies, and industry standards.
• Develop expert understanding of end-to-end network and merchant processes worldwide.
• Identify trends in business data and understand payments risk dynamics.
