Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Risk Manager to join the International Regulatory Risk Management team for the Global Payment Network (GPN). You will drive a scalable regulatory operations engine, centralize engagement models, and enable global expansion across borders.

You will partner with Business, Product, and Technology teams to build enabling environments, lead cross-functional efforts, and promote a well-governed risk posture in a dynamic, regulated payments ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of Financial Services Risk Management experience.
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute international regulatory reporting and complex global exams for the Global Payment Network, including major international audits.
• Drive post-exam insights into continuous, systemic control enhancements.
• Manage international change management frameworks to comply with shifting international laws.
• Participate in country entrance and exits, in line with business strategy.
• Deploy a unified regulatory engagement model for the Global Payment Network, establishing clear operational guardrails and centralized oversight for all international regulatory interactions.
