Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.

• At least 5 years of people management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience consulting with and presenting to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with first and second line to analyze risk program framework for network/merchant services.
• Provide advice on risks impacting network and merchant businesses to leadership.
• Advise on regulatory requirements, policies, and industry standards.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end network and merchant processes worldwide.
• Identify trends in data and payments risks; monitor external risks.
• Maintain expertise in payments industry and global laws.
• Ensure compliance for expansions and new products in various markets.
• Build relationships across Compliance, Legal and Audit.
• Coach and develop team members and successors.
• Support regulatory exam preparation and delivery.
• Manage and develop Risk Advisory Team.
• Report to senior leadership on risk and advisory activities.
