Job summary

Insulet is seeking a Health Economics & Market Access leader to drive payer perspectives into commercial assessments and launch planning for Next Gen platforms. You will coordinate with regional teams to engage payers and shape evidence plans for global product access.

The role involves partnering with cross-functional partners and pulling insights to inform executive decisions across markets and product stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life/health sciences or related field; MBA/MPH preferred.
• 8+ years of overall experience in life sciences, pharma, medtech or consulting.
• Experience with global payer archetypes and US market access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead payer research activities and translate insights into product development and launch planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure payer perspectives are integrated.
• Collaborate with regional access teams to engage with payers in key markets.
• Support development of evidence generation plans and pricing strategies.
• Inform executive decision-making with payer insights in global markets.
• Contribute to vendor selection and management for payer research initiatives.
