Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS required. Advanced degree strongly preferred (MBA/MS/MPH).
• Minimum 7 years in marketing, managed care, or consulting with strong references.
• Experience with payors and pharmacy benefits in the USA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop market access professionals to meet objectives and nurture careers.
• Develop value proposition, messaging and resources for field teams to secure access.
• Create materials and communication strategy to broaden awareness of Insulet and its value to payors in US and global markets.
• Maintain insights on government and private payors, PBMs, distributors, consultants and employers.
• Form post-contracting and pull-through strategies and develop coverage for new products.
• Craft marketing materials that align with payors' critical success factors.
• Contribute input for outcomes trials to support value-based reimbursement.
