Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of Harvard tax residency processes and apply payment-related tax rules for international payees.
• Review tax residency classifications and evaluate requests for tax treaty benefits with training.
• Provide clear guidance to international payees via email, phone, appointments, and in-person interactions.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as document handling, data entry, and status updates in Harvard systems.
• Support with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up for payee appointments.
