Job summary

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in healthcare or business settings, and English and Spanish language proficiency

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience in health care or business environment required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the initial point of contact for patients by phone, email, or in person.
• Registers and updates patient enrollment into Concierge Medicine and Executive Health.
• Maintains and updates CRM database (Salesforce).
• Registers and/or updates patient registration in the EPIC system.
• Escalates service issues to leadership when out of scope.
