Mass General Brigham Community Physicians, Inc. in Newton, MA, is hiring a front desk receptionist to manage patient flow and deliver excellent service. This on-site role supports Newton Wellesley Hospital with front-desk duties during standard business hours.
You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR system. The position includes processing payments, maintaining supplies, and related duties as needed.

Responsible for managing front desk activities, coordinating patient appointments, and providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in a health related or management field preferred. 1+ years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting. Epic experience preferred.
Schedule and Work Model: Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours (8am-4:30pm). On-site at Newton Wellesley Hospital in Newton, MA.
